ProFuture is happy to announce the opportunity to submit your paper in the open access journal Foods (ISSN 2304-8158, IF 4.092).

The journal has launched a new Special Issue entitled "Algae as Nutritional and Functional Food Sources: New Insights and Understandings." and will have Dr. Massimo Castellari and Dr. Fatma Boukid as Guest Editors.

ProFuture would like to encourage experts in this field to consider contributing with an article to this Special Issue.

Papers may be submitted from now until 30 May 2022 and will be published on an ongoing basis. Submitted papers should not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. Authors are also encouraged to send a short abstract or tentative title to the Editorial Office in advance (kathrine.zhao@mdpi.com).
